A year in, it still isn’t possible to duplicate pages on Mobile. Scrolling, particularly in edit mode, is incredibly jittery jumping all over the page. Worst of all the app is just incredibly unresponsive, you’ll mash a blank line 5 or 6 times before it lets you start typing and don’t even get me started on pasting text. It’s a shame because Microsoft really has a great concept here as a Notion clone with great UI design included with the Office Apps I already pay for, but unfortunately their undisciplined model of development has really hampered the execution. Maybe you just have some bugs in the iOS version? I also see that you can't share pages on the web publicly. Everyone has to sign in to see the page you are sharing.
