Old review :

Onenote (not just this app but all the versions of onenote) honestly revolutionized my workflow. its so much easier to study things when its well structured and organized. Only down side is that you cant backup your notebooks locally / download your stuff. I don’t mean the “working offline” thing but actual files kinda like .docx files or something. I don’t know if its true but I’ve heard you could do that on the old office version of onenote on windows but i hope they’ll add that feature once again so you wont be screwed if you’d ever were to lose your Microsoft account.

I don’t understand how this app can be so cumbersome in this day and age. Same with some other Microsoft apps. 

It’s great that you can make folders to organize your notes in, but just editing the text and putting in images feels very arcane and clunky. 

I started using this app because it was included in my Microsoft subscription, but I might change to something else that I need to pay for. I was using Simplenote but switched to this for the folders. However, I end up still using Simplenote for the daily use because it is way faster and easier to work in. This has become long time storage of stuff and that’s no good.
