## Microsoft Planner Description
Für diese App ist ein passendes gewerbliches Office 365-Abonnement erforderlich. Wenn Sie sich bezüglich des Abonnements Ihrer Firma oder der für Sie verfügbaren Dienste nicht sicher sind, wenden Sie sich an Ihre IT-Abteilung.

Planner stellt Ihnen ein einfaches, visuelles Verfahren zum Organisieren Ihrer Teamarbeit zur Verfügung. Mit Planner kann Ihr Team mühelos neue Pläne erstellen, Aufgaben organisieren und zuweisen, Dateien freigeben, aktuelle Aufgaben im Chat besprechen und sich über Fortschritte auf dem Laufenden halten.

– Arbeit visuell organisieren –
Jeder Plan erhält eine eigene Übersicht, in der Sie die Aufgaben in Gruppen anordnen können. Die Aufgaben können nach Status und Bearbeiter, dem sie zugewiesen wurden, kategorisiert werden. Um den Status zu aktualisieren oder eine Zuweisung zu ändern, ziehen Sie die Aufgaben einfach mit Drag & Drop von einer Spalte in eine andere.

– Sichtbarkeit-–
Die Ansicht ""Meine Aufgaben"" bietet zu allen Plänen eine umfassende Liste all Ihrer Aufgaben sowie Angaben zu deren Status. Wenn Sie gemeinsam mit anderen an einem Plan arbeiten, wissen die Teammitglieder immer, wer gerade woran arbeitet.

– Zusammenarbeit –
Mit Planner, einem für Office 365 konzipierten Werkzeug, können Sie gemeinsam an den gleichen Aufgaben arbeiten, erfasste Fotos direkt an sie anfügen und sogar Gespräche rund um Ihre Aufgaben führen, ohne die Anwendung zu wechseln. Mit Planner finden alle Diskussionen und Projektleistungen dort statt, wo sich der Plan befindet, und nicht unsichtbar über verschiedene Anwendungen verstreut.
