The Middlesex CCC app, to be at the forefront of communication and scheduling technology. With unique and innovative features, the Middlesex CCC app is a secure and easy way for Coaches and Staff to improve sports performance and communicate with their team.
Some of our features:
Team Communication
Coaches can send direct group messages and notifications to players creating a private conversation within the app, eliminating the use of emails and text messages.
Monitor players
Collect important information such as wellbeing data and gym training workload directly from the app. Use repeat push notifications to remind players to complete their wellbeing forms daily. Graphs and data are provided for coaches.
Video analysis
Within our pro review feature you can create match analysis through the drawing tool, highlighting specific areas for improvements. Other features within pro review are; import codes, create playlists, create highlights and download videos.
Files storage
Provide all app users with direct and secure access to training footage match highlights, play books and team related documents.
Security
ILG Business Ltd pride ourselves in the utmost security for the app. We understand how important it is to protect your data and so security is our top priority. We have extra security as we are partnered with IBM which allows us to control the MDM, so in the worst- case scenario if the device was lost or stolen we can remove the MDM and app.
Communication is secured over the wire using SSL technology and all data is fully redundant and backed up offsite on a daily basis.
Access to personal information and other sensitive data is carefully controlled using a powerful permissions system, so only users who should be able to view and manage sensitive data can do so.
Plus, in the highly unlikely event that a wide outage should occur, we have a comprehensive disaster recovery plan to ensure that the system can come back online as quickly as possible with little or no loss of data
