There are tons of migraine and headache tracker apps that offer tracking, symptom tracking, trigger tracking, weather tracking, sleep tracking, menstrual tracking, food tracking, analysis, information, appointment tracking, articles, and all sorts of stuff for FREE. Save your money, go with a different app that does all the same stuff for free.
