• Get notified of their ride request status throughout. Eg. Ride Accepted, rejected, checking-in, cancelled, rescheduled, arrived etc.
• Cancel their ride request before the trip departure time.
• Report any suspicious driver at anytime for maximum safety.
• Rate / review their trip.
DRIVERS KEY FEATURES;
• Add multiple vehicles.
• Create multiple trips between locations.
• Accept payment directly from passengers in their own preferable Set-up payment methods.
• Cccept or reject any passengers request.
• Cancel their trip before departure time. • View passengers profile details.
• Report any behaviour or Suspicious action at anytime.
• Be notified of passengers ride request status. Eg. Ride request, Cancellation, rating / review etc.
• Contact passengers via call, chat, send photo and share their live location with the passengers at anytime.
• Access all their passengers ratings / reviews and as well will be notified whenever they received new rating / review.
