App always asks for login. Better using the website
The app used to work, but now just says “Unable to login user”
I can log in and see my account however, place when I place an order it asks me to log in again. When I do it says that my account is invalid.
I love Mikuni, but this is a terrible app. Shouldn’t the default be that I’m signed in to my account? Quite a nuisance to have to find my username and password every time I order. And if you sign in on the home page and then click on Order, you have to sign in yet again. The menu itself is similarly unwieldy, requiring a lot of back and forth clicking just to find items. I regularly order from other sushi restaurants because having to sign in on this app every single time bothers me so much.
I can’t log on to the app. I’m able to logging on the website, but not the mobile app. Nothing happens when I click login with my password. Tried to contact support and never heard back.
This just bizarre way to do business. It’s contradicting to any businesses that don’t accept contactless payment but rather get perks through their app. Yes they have App. And if you sign up, then login with your account you get perks. I like perks. But come on method of payment CASH/Cards No contactless ? But why do I need phone to be able to view their menu? What is on the menu? well use your phone, scan, view online. huh? They got everything except pay by contactless. They seriously need an IT specialist to program that payment system. Until then.. goodbye Sincerely yours, King ToFU 06.14.2022
How do you fall off of door dash, force your customers on your site to order in your app, then not have the ordering feature work?? I just wasted 30 min to get nowhere with dinner for the family. Fix it or ditch this.
I have never been to Mikuni but was going to give it a try. I have some bad vibes and am not sure this is the right sushi bar for myself and my family. My brother Ken Self would always frequent your restaurant the original one near Folsom. I never went with him as raw fish makes me vomit a little bit in my mouth. Since then I have come to realize sushi can be so much more. I need to connect with the owner who was so close to my brother. They would take the sushi bus to home games of the Oakland raiders. It was a party bus and from the stories I heard I was really missing out. Anyways please reach out to me and invite me so I can try what makes Mikuni and separates from ALL of the competition. Also there should be a welcome wagon for new, first time customers. Kind of like the old days of wonderful food and even better employees. Is that still important? Or have you become so big you forgot what got you to such a high level in the first place??? Just some coral to chew on😉
Every time I try to order in the app, it crashes or won’t load the page. Nice to see my points but cannot accrue more since I can’t order. Especially frustrating when there is a 90 minute wait for to go food.
Click on location, then order and nothing happens. Menu isn’t even listed for the Folsom location. Useless app, waste of data downloading.
