Every time I contact these guys (which is not very often) they respond promptly and give very clear instructions for what information they require.
As a long-term user of their product I can honestly say that their customer service has never let me down. They replace batteries and/or older devices without any issues. 
Highly recommend product to any of my friends in business. The beacons record all the trips I do and apportion them to the relevant vehicle I am driving. The app reminds me to update my odometer regularly and the makes it so simple to enter trip details.
My account loves the reports that are generated as well.
