It forced me to use ‘their Authenticator app’ (no choice as to which type of 2FA I preferred). The link provided for ‘their Authenticator app’ took me to a commercial Authenticator app. I wasn’t going to pay $30 per year to log into the Milford app when I already had the free Microsoft and Google Authenticator apps installed. I called the support number who informed me that my existing Authenticators would have worked. And she was able to switch my preference to an SMS otp. A Passkey option would be great. This appears to be common amongst other apps that have Face ID enabled, but it needs to be fixed. I’ve also had issues with the Tools & Calculators menu item disappearing and reappearing the next time I log in. The Forecast My Balance calculator (at age 65) is full of bugs. When it actually works I’m given one balance, but if I use the same figures on the Milford website I’m given a balance that is 200K more!
