I appreciate this service as shopping in a wheelchair is really inconvenient, as store staff tell me they don’t have the time to help me push the cart, or reach things off higher shelves then I can reach sitting down, which are most of them. This makes me feel worried that I can’t buy what I need to survive. They also tell me that they can’t help me load my grocery bags into my car either. So this is great to have you do all the shopping for me and deliver my shopping into my house on the bench, I stay out of the way, and they bring the bags in and put them on my bench where I can comfortably reach the items in the bags and put them away.
Thank you MilkRun for making my existence not only healthier but I can stock up food so I don’t have to make so many trips to the store. Thank you for only charging $7.00 for delivery, not $15.00 for delivery fees from countdown/ Woolworths as I only get a small amount of money on the sickness benefit. The speedy service helps me have me groceries delivered to me a a time that is convenient to me. Mostly I have been impressed by the delivery service, but sometimes they won’t bring it inside if I don’t get to the door before they deliver it. One other time it took 3 hours for my delivery, I was told on the app that I wasn’t getting my delivery, but then it arrived. That was both confusing and upsetting. I was finally given a phone number to call, but when called it said that it was closed now and to call back in opening hours. Thank you.
