### *---- "Exercise Video Playback Issues"
The app does not play exercise videos in any of the programs. When I click on a lesson exercise, the player screen opens, but the video does not play. Additionally, none of the buttons function, making it impossible to navigate back or close the window. The only solution is to forcibly close and restart the app. 

This issue occurs consistently across all programs. For example, in the Silva Ultramind System program, Vishen’s lesson explanations play correctly, but the meditation videos associated with the lessons do not. The same problem persists in all other programs.

I am using iOS 18.3.1 on an iPhone Pro 15, and my Mindvalley app (version 9.0.16) is up to date. Despite this, the issue remains unresolved. It is worth noting that all other apps on my device function properly.

Unfortunately, Mindvalley support has been unhelpful, providing generic and ineffective advice instead of opening a ticket and escalating the issue to the responsible department for resolution. This experience has been very disappointing and does not reflect the level of quality I previously associated with Mindvalley.

It is a disgrace that with this high subscription fee you can’t fix the audio play problem. First I couldn’t listen to a guide if I selected it from the meditations, only from the resources. Now I can’t even start it from there. And this problem has been there in the last HALF year!!! Not only it doesn’t play but also afterwards I cannot close the play or do anything, basically I have to close the app if I want to browse or do anything.

I hate this app. I sucked because the app was so significant that I forgot to cancel before the trial period.
No cancellation, no refund no contract modification and no customer service, just FAQ and (offline) chat🤬🤯😤😤
The worst value for money.
I have a 1 year subscription, so every day I try to write a few “good” words about the app as a sing of my hate.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
