New customers can rent a unit from start to finish with our app in just two to three minutes. It's simple! Current customers use their unit number and their gate access code to login. If your password/gate access code is unknown, please call our office during business hours and our manager will be glad to help you with that information.

Perfect at the beginning then…..
When I first moved in, everything was fine for a year. Next thing I find out that my rent has shot up another $50. Ok understandable. When I come here, I have to get here after work and it’s not easy from Cypress, so I have a little time when I get there so next thing I know They close from 9 PM now to 7 PM which leaves me only 15 mins to my storage. I asked mini storage corporation why they’re changing the time I received no answer.
Another few months goes by. Come to find out my rent has shot up another $40. I was thinking myself if they’re trying to get rid of me they’re doing a really good job. Anyways the place isn’t bad. It’s just the rent keeps going up.

I was on the hunt, for a mini storage unit that was, secured, clean and convenient.
I have seen this location, many times when washing my car, at the WoW car wash facility next door. I decided to drop in to get a price quote. Upon entering the office, I was greeted by a wonderful woman, by the name of Rhonda, I was also greeted by her husband Joe, they are the managers, that live on site. I was given many different quotes and Joe was kind enough to take me around, on his golf cart, to see all my options. I was very impressed to say the least! I then made my decision, to sign up that day, so that as a New Year’s resolution. I was going to start clearing out the garage, filled with leftover holiday decorations and household overflow. I highly recommend Mini U Storage, 5 STARS! Mahalo!

Overcharging and always increasing.
The price of units here exceeds other local options and they are constantly raising prices. Corporate will NEVER answer their emails or phone calls.
Not user friendly
Worst experience ever trying to use mobile app or having to store cards in website. They need to add a button to save card and not renter for auto payments.
