I bought mint mobiles unlimited plan for 3 months which was $45 which I thought was a very good price. I was living in the USA for 2.5 months so the plan suited me perfect. However, when I commenced the plan the mobile data would never work, I called them and they gave me instructions but didn’t work. I ended up calling them 4-5 times with the same problem, I got the same response every time after telling them I had tried this step multiple times. On my last time calling them, which was one month in without any data, I requested I receive a new E-sim as this one was not working as it should, the person on the phone told me that it was not possible and to try the same steps as before, and then abruptly hung up the phone call. Appalling service and I would not recommend to anyone travelling in the USA.

It’s has been giving me the same error message for two days because it won’t let me pay. Now my phone is disconnected. This is ridiculous. Work on fixing the issues in this app. It’s been an ongoing problem.

Their app and website regularly don’t work. Or parts of them won’t work. I have to call in for almost anything I need, because the website is only half functional, and the app is similar. However, it’s incredibly cheap, especially if you pay annually. And the service is as good as T-Mobile. So we keep it, and shudder in fear of using the app.

I contacted Mint Mobile to see if I could get the 12 month unlimited for their advertise price of $15 a month as as I was already a customer they said no I couldn’t get it very, very bad customer service and think they would like to keep me

Phenomenal service!

I signed up for the Black Friday sale thinking I was getting a great deal but they don’t inform you that it’s for two lines not one. The fee structure shown online is not what you are charged so good luck figuring that one out, $45 turns into $70 with fees. The fox bot is absolutely worthless but in their defense no automated help system is worth trying to use. Customer service runs around in circles with useless information assuming you don’t get the girl that just says “hello….. hello…. Hello…. Hello….” Verizon I’m coming back baby!
