On first use, the user only has to enter the unique company code or scan the barcode. The information can then be stored and will allow him to quickly connect to report a problem.
The user can attach photos, a video or even an audio recording to the note, allowing the exact description of the problem in a clear and comprehensive manner to eliminate any ambiguity or risk of error.
The user who does not wish to write his notes can use the voice recognition button to dictate his notes and save time.
Once the note is sent by the user, the fleet manager will receive a real-time alert with all the details of the problem, allowing him to be proactive and act quickly in his planning.
Once the note has been processed, if the user has activated the follow-up information request button, he will be automatically notified of the status of his request. This feedback assures him that his request has been taken care of.
