Needs Content, Information & Maintenance
This app is not being maintained. You cannot call the restaurant, marina, clubhouse or concierge nor make a reservation from the app. The contacts page is blank. The search feature in the member’s directory does not work. I tried searching for my name and it returned zero results. I have live here for almost 2 years now and have had a profile in the directory since I moved here. I tried adding information to my profile 3 times and it would not save the information. The calendar does not show events, you can only search. How is a person supposed to search for an event if they don’t know what the events are? The page for guest registration, does not work. I finally called concierge to speak with someone in management about the app and was told they do not know who manages the app. The receptionist finally asked the director of services, who manages the app and she did not know either. She thought it was a third-party company, called North Star. I was told I had to go to the website for miromarlakes.com to find out the phone numbers for the restaurants. This is my second or third time dealing with management at Miramar and they do not know who is responsible for what nor do they offer to find out and get back to you with the information or take the initiative to resolve the problem. The management team and staff is poorly trained in the customer service area. I have experienced this attitude in the staff in the areas/departments of concierge, the restaurants, and the spa. This is very frustrating and disappointing considering Miromar Lakes has received numerous awards for their development and clubhouse.
