Just The Best" I love it 💕🙏🏻💕

Great app but it locks up

I’ve been enjoying the MFCU app for several years. Improvements make it easy to manage my accounts on the go. However, its been freezing since the last iPhone update in March 2024.

Freezes Every. Single. Time.

Nearly unusable. Please fix this.

Keeps freezing

I switched from a Galaxy to an iPhone 3 months ago. I had no problem with the app before the switch, but the iOS version keeps freezing at different points of usage every single time I try using the app. Re-installing the app didn’t help.

It keeps freezing on me. I keep having to open it over and over again until it works for a minute. And yes my phone is updated to the latest version.

Interface

Horrible user interface otherwise alright.

Major Login Issues

Takes a long time to log in and sometimes just crashes. I almost feel like switching credit unions just because of this login issue.

What's happening?

It was working fine but I feel as of the last couple months it keep freezing. I usually have to close the whole app and re open it a few times before it actually works properly. 3/03/24

Oops something went wrong …

This is the 5th time this has happen to the app where you can’t log in seriously!!! I was just on the app 16 mins ago and the next thing you know this happens…like really fixed the app Jesus Christ!!! I hate contacting member care also, you should extend your hours when the app is not working. Like how Wells Fargo does
