I cannot even log into the app on my iPad on game day - just says error, nothing more. What am I supposed to do with that? So I am left to watch the game on my iPhone and a tiny screen instead of my iPad and even on that the connection times out all the time. What am I paying for? I have NO issues with ANY other app… This app is useless!
The app does not update in IOS15 and locks up with a demand to update. Totally ripped off in the middle of the season.
Since the 2024 season this app is really bad for European users. The games are shown on wrong days due to our different timezones. If a game starts 7pm ET on a Wednesday, it’s shown as a game on Thursday since 7pm ET is 1am in Central European Time. This mess up the whole experience in the app.

Using the app on an iPad it is absolutely impossible to find condensed games. It keeps moving and sometimes not there at all
Had to update my review as they have addressed almost every concern and issue I had with both offerings and in execution. The product is great and is worth the money. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars and top score is because they don’t show the ads that air so you also get a lot of dead airtime every time there is a break. I’m sure the advertisers don’t mind. Also Apple TV doesn’t air their exclusive games? But that is probably an Apple problem, perhaps they think only Americans watch baseball, well Apple there are dozens of us!!!
No condensed game in videos, why?
