The history keeps dropping out each time you remove your phone from wifi. Return to the wifi and you need to offen forget the fridge and reconnect to get to read correct, sometimes shows fridge connected to AC when in fact it is connected to DC, and not even plugged into AC .

Hey team. Recent upgrade may have caused some issues with wifi connection. Every time I connect my large compartment on CFX3 75l defaults to -22 degrees Celsius.

App no longer shows my battery voltage while running my CFX refrigerator on DC power. Please fix it I’m really missing that function. I wish I could go back to the prior version of the app!

I had the same problem as other reviewers, app not tracking dc usage. Contacted support and had a few emails back and forth. Said app should be fixed with new CFX2 release. New release, as of yesterday, did fix my issue. Would be nice to get real time battery voltage displayed again, like on the old app. Maybe I’m missing something.

Since the new version come out Amp hours while on DC power no longer works. When I’m plugged into 12vdc the says it’s not available while running on 120vac. First screen of the new version shows it running on DC power. Reported to Dometic on March 4, 2023. They replied with an email over a month ago the it was in testing. Send a reply after 3 weeks and it could be next week when it gets released. Now over 2 weeks nothing. The only part of this app the I track is power consumption which is very important when it gets hot. Update Every time I reply to Dometic support that a new version is one week out. That response is the third time now. It almost like an AI response and not a real person. Bring back the old version that worked. You pay so much for CFX3 fridge/freezer but the most important feature doesn’t work anymore. Maybe their it’s now an AI programming the app. I was a Software Engineer has was this app able to pass Quality Control. Look somewhere else for portable fridge/freezer there is no support anymore it seems

It literally has zero 'smart' features. Just On/Off, Set Temp, Turn on and off bluetooth and wifi. It can track temperature but if you unplug it or turn it off all previous data is lost. Can't track power consumption on AC for some reason? I think it's laughable that I spend $1,500+ on something the size of a $200 dorm fridge and the 'brand new app' they launch has less features than the last one !! How about tracking power and temp constantly no matter what? How about scheduling temp changes or power consumption levels so people off grid can prioritize cooling during power production hours? How about any other sort of regular refrigerator stuff that in all these high tech house fridges have? It's almost the same price. I'd say, at least the fridge works well but for some reason my freezer went from its set -4° up to 9° over 12 hrs for some reason. I set it to -6° and now it's cooling back down again. 🤨

Won’t pair with Bluetooth. APP won’t download. Instructions in connection ate incomprehensible snd don’t work. This is useless. I’ll have do do everything manually. This is the worst APP I’ve ever encountered. Next buying opportunity will not include Dometic.

I notice that I had a different app then before and can't get nothing to work far as Bluetooth goes !! CFX app or Dometic app ?? 🤬🤬

Works for about a week and then when you bring up the app it’s just a black screen. You have to delete the app and download it again. Besides that, when it is working, it’s not exactly useful. No need for an app when my fridge is less than 2 feet away from me.

I switched from Android to Apple recently. Android app worked flawlessly. Issues with this app are related to history. Although my fridge has been powered by DC for a week, I am unable to access the Ah/h power history. It remains blank. Others said this happened to them after a recent update as well. Temperature history reports erroneously on the day view. Other functions “seem” to work, on/off zones, temp control. Not sure about errors or other information that would display on the android app. I’ll give it 4-5 stars if the history issue gets fixed.
