I’m a long term IGG supporter as it’s great at building social communities. Big spenders and non spenders alike don’t bother me. However, when almost 5% of your team mates have been having major issues being able to log in and play for only seconds at a time some for +2 months and given the advice to buy a new device as the Samsung 11 and 12 are no longer supported then you deserve no more than one star! Thank you for posting a game message that you will not be fixing this until March sometime. And you will need to rethink the paltry compensation. For players returning to their zeroed castles in another month is heart breaking and a very costly rebuild. Clearly shows your level of appreciation of my fellow players and some now solid friends.

When I started playing this game I was really like.. what? It isn’t the Best, I have to say. Plus, if you want to not be attacked 24/7 you have to spend a fortune 🔮! I did not do this because I saw it was a scam and I am only 10 years old.

Good game been playing for quite a while but can never really expand much more than 100K and generally get hammered by the big guilds and their Lords which takes weeks to rebuild. Whilst I understand this is part of the game to attack and beat others, there should be some sort of levelling and balancing built in.   Some players clearly spend reams of cash to get to the levels they are at and then hammer the smaller users which probably leads to a loss of players who get bored of this. 

There is no skill in being a player with 1Billion   Strength constantly hitting players with 10-100m.  Why not set a balancing level that would ensure these players tackle someone of their own level  (+ or -20%). You never see these players attacking anyone near their own strength. 

Example of unbalanced game below.
Player Xxxxxx near K18 location with over 1billion strength, has just hit 30 castles with 5M to 80M.  No surprise who won these battles.
