Appears to have broken this week Can not see bookings or book new appointments A phone restart fixed all my issues
It would be a really convenient app.. IF you could actually book rides from it! Every time I try to set the time for a future ride the date and time just spins right back to the current time.
My local transit service recently discontinued a route that I used and directed to book service on this app for alternatives. App will not let me even register. Looking at the reviews, this problem goes back 1-2 years. Don’t see any reviews saying the problems have been resolved. So I guess my question is, why does this app/service even still exist if the app is unusable?
I can never get it to take me where I need. I did figure out how to get it to schedule from hub to hub but I don’t see how that is very helpful if I need to be somewhere in the middle. Then when I do get it scheduled …from the hubs in bossier for example they drove right on past me going the opposite direction and there is not a bus stop on the other side of the road.. there needs to be a routes menu or stations map for this service and I do not revenue see a live map anywhere.
This app ain’t nothing you guys should’ve said about calling or do it for 24 hours or book up a ride for 24 hours but he lied about doing 24 hours of a ride it’s only doing like five hours a ride you guys should do it you’re more hours longer than that
I’m unable to register as a new user on the app for the 9 Town Transit and Beacon Mobility services. Same error reported 1-2 years ago. Maybe do t take few years to try and solve the basic issue to justify having an app and to actually get users!!! I now have to call the transit agencies and register myself. I don’t think I’ve ever had to do that when an app exists … Just unbelievable…
If you manage two accounts (I have one for myself and one for my daughter) do not use the same email for both. If you forget the password for one you cannot reset it because the app doesn't give you the option to type in which username you want to reset the password for.
This is the worst thing I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had 2 rides out of 4 just plain out not show up. DO NOT RELY ON THIS SERVICE!!
This company is very short staffed and drivers are always late, even for surgery appointments none of the ride providers are ever on time and when you try to reach the customer service the wait time is outrageous. Las two times the prompt kept on saying that my wait time was over 129 minutes
