They don’t cancel your subscription and keep charging your account. I had to call my bank and get a refund to get my money back. The only way to stop subscription is to ask your bank to block payment to this. WORST STOCK APP DO NOT GET THIS.

Very well designed app with very good information.

They fight tooth and nail (in an accusatory way) to keep your money for a membership that’s not even worth it. They don’t notify you upon auto renewal and will not refund you. I’ve referred people who tried membership with the 30 day guarantee and they refuse to honor that too when they didn’t like it either. As far as the app content? Just go on google or download something for free. Same stuff.

The app provides a lot of quality information. It also references addition streams of info from news outlets, for which you need additional subscriptions, but that is not necessary and Movy’s own journalists do an entertaining job of being relevant news to you.

I signed up with Moby less than 3 weeks ago. I like getting the stock recommendations and the explanations why they chose the stock. Reading the content on the app is a morning ritual and teaches me more about investing. It’s clearly better than another service I subscribed to in the past.

I subscribed to this product under one of their $99 deals with the assurance that I could cancel my subscription for a full refund within 30 days. The content was not what I had hoped for so I decided to cancel. Firstly, you cannot cancel through the app or the website, you have to email customer support. They responded that they would cancel my subscription and issue a full refund. I followed up THREE times by email about my refund and have yet to receive it. That was 6 weeks ago. This product was not only a complete disappointment from a content perspective, but a scam. Do not recommend.

I have subscribed for this on March 7th 2024. After subscribing, I realized this service is not what I was looking for. Since then I’m trying to reach out to them for a refund with in 30 days money back guarantee! But there is no way of contacting them, they made it so hard that, for chat you need to wait hours after hours and no one responds, if luckily you get connected, they will not properly respond and chat session will end for no activity. No response on email or a useless discord channel. The way you made subscription so easy, why don’t you make that unsubscribe option straightforward? When you buy a service and that says 30 days refund guarantee but closes all the door for that, I would call that a scam! Atleast make the customer service accessible. Please refund my money. In the app it says for unsubscribe or refund contact with app developer! There should be option on the app or web platform for unsubscribe or refund request … why do you need to make it so hard for customers!? Makes no sense Update: they are scammers. Finally I got to contact with them. They are now saying it’s over 30days now we can’t refund you. I have been trying to reach them for the refund right after mistakenly bought this scam service! Don’t go for this scammers. They will take your money, 30 days money back guarantee it self is a scam. They will not let you contact with them in that time period or won’t respond! Be careful and think twice before buying any services from these scammers.

Individually run stock information app. Whoever runs this app and the instagram page masks poor due diligence in pretty graphics. Besides the fact that there are quite a few reviews showing that they’ve lost money based on the recommendations provided, the whole app and people behind it are just highly unprofessional. After sharing my disappointment at some of the content they peddled I was blocked from the instagram page. Extremely childish and horrible that they provide recommendations with nothing to back it up. 1/5

They claim 1000 positive iOS reviews of this app and there are currently 47. They won’t provide a promised refund even going down my usual paths. Amazingly unwilling to provide my money back guaranteed refund. Next step, FTC, and NY state AG office consumer complaints.
