The Moj Telekom application contains all important information about consumption, services and bills, and it also enables easy payment of monthly bills and the purchase of vouchers and options anytime and anywhere.

Aplikacija je sasvim u redu kao prvo. Možda bi se moglo pojednostaviti onaj dio kada se ide u detalje opcija koje imam kao korisnik u paketu. Kada na uređaju kao iPad idem pogledati, velika površina a nula koji puta informacija, pa da se to u tom slučaju odradi kao oblačić, negdje pogodno na ekranu. Jedina zamjerka od neki dan, želio sam razgovarati sa nekim djelatnikom u ”Live Chatu”, pa za pola sata nisam došao na red, vjerojatno gužva, no nisam uočio niti da sam dobio ikakav povratni odgovor, informaciju na moj upit?! Ako se može poraditi na agilnosti po takvim komunikacijama malo?!
