Niestety program zupełnie nie spełnia swoich funkcji, tnie się, usuwa obrazy, nie zapisuje projektów. Usuwanie i ponowne instalowanie aplikacji również nie pomaga. Obsługa na czacie szybko odpowiada, ale otrzymane rozwiązania niczego nie nie naprawiają.
Właśnie wzięłam trzy dni na próbę za free. No i aplikacja się sypie, nadal nie mogę skorzystać z zastrzeżonych szablonów. A w okresie próbnym wszystko powinno działać tip-top żebym chciała ją kupić. Przy czym godzinę temu subskrypcja pokazywała cenę 99 zł rocznie, a teraz 199 zł rocznie. Czyli co? Ktoś bierze próbną a potem heja i niech zapłaci dwa razy tyle 🙈
Imagine spend almost 30 minutes on edit on one film and at the end while generate video it stops at 100% but didn’t save… I tried on Different phones and still not working. Funny that on free version it’s working and you have mark mojo on it but if you pay and have pro version it’s not working! 🙈
Not recommended. I paid for the PRO version. Since March I have generated ONLY 11 recordings with subtitles. I can no longer generate new subtitles, the app stutters, deletes work progress. I am hoping for some kind of compensation or repair as I need the app to work. The app is causing me to not be able to complete my assignments and I am delaying turning in work which is causing me to be fined.
It is a great app. However all of a sudden cannot use subtitles. And I mainly needed the app for great subtitles they had.
When I cut my reel and do everything with it and then try to add subtitles, everything crashes and some weird thing happens to my video, the parts are doubling and my edited parts are missing, please fix this, I didn’t pay to use app with bugs

When will you add the ability to change the resolution when saving videos with subtitles? I mainly care about 4k quality :)
Aplikacja jest super, szkoda tylko ze po dodaniu napisów bardzo niszczy się jakość filmu. Poprawcie to!
