## MOL Bubi Description
A MOL Bubi új generációja elhozta a még szabadabb utazást, két keréken: környezettudatos, gyors, kényelmes alternatívát kínál a városi kerékpározásban. Tekerj a klasszikus vagy az elektromos rásegítésű kerékpárokkal, melyekkel meggyorsíthatod és kényelmesebbé tehet utazásodat, sőt, még az emelkedők sem jelentenek majd kihívást!

Töltsd le az alkalmazást, regisztrálj, keress egy MOL Bubi kerékpárt a több mint 200 MOL Bubi-állomás egyikén, és már bringázhatsz is!

A regisztrációt követően kiválaszthatod a számodra megfelelő díjszabást: havi vagy éves MOL Bubi-bérletet, percalapú használatot. Ha van BudapestGO-s bérleted, további kedvezménnyel tekerhetsz! Az appban megtalálod legfrissebb híreinket, kupont válthatsz be, adhatsz visszajelzést, illetve közvetlenül eléred ügyfélszolgálatunkat is. 

A kerékpár felvételéhez olvasd be a kerékpáron található QR-kódot, majd az okoslakat nyitása után már tekerhetsz is úti célod felé. Az alkalmazásban már előre is lefoglalhatod a bringákat, mindig látod az elérhető kerékpárokat, az elektromos rásegítésű bringák töltöttségi szintjét, és folyamatosan ellenőrizheted, hogy hány perce használod a felvett kerékpárt. Ha befejezted az utazást, vidd vissza a kerékpárt bármelyik Bubi-állomásra, és zárd le a az okoslakatot.

Panaszokat napokig nem kezelnek, a térkép nem frissül, nem feloldható kerékpárokat is le lehet foglalni.

Az alkalmazás GPS-hibája miatt 10 000 forintot vontak le a számlámról. Kétszer is írtam e-mailt, de közel 12 napja semmi válasz. Nagyon csalódott vagyok az ügyfélszolgálat hozzáállása miatt.

Szomorú, hogy rengeteg adófizetői pénzből ennyi idő elteltével is még mindig egy bugos rendszert sikerült csak összehozni, nem beszélve a teljesen nonszen random összegek chargeolásáról!!!!

I loved bubi, we waited for months for the new ones but they are so slow and heavy, even the electric ones are slower than a basic bicycle. :(

With the new iteration of MolBUBI, there’s a lot more bikes, with some of them being electric. However, most of these have some kind of GPS issue, which causes a lot of problems. It used to be the case that bikes that are not close enough to the station couldn’t be opened, and that was fixed (thankfully) but now there’s a new problem. If you don’t lock your bike at a station, you have to pay a large fee (10000Ft). 
Because now that the only way to know where a bike is, is through GPS,  Bikes can give “false positives” (that you didnt dock one at a station).  I’ve gotten hit with two of these false fees, now I’m afraid to use a their bikes. However, Mol-Bubi is improving, I hope they will find an answer to this issue, in the meantime, it’s dangerous to use this service.

Usability is mostly good. 

There is no way to cancel the lock screen if you press the end trip by mistake…

The app does not show warning about the bike being in correct or wrong return place on the lock screen when pressing the end trip button. Making it hard to realize if bike is going to be returned correctly or not.
User is geting notification about right/wrong return only after the return is done. At that point is already to late for the users.

The available bikes shown are not in accordance with reality and there is no obvious option for reporting this problem. 
Reporting is challenging also because the textbox with longer text extends under the keyboard and there is no way to scroll it up.

The app has also an annoying ad banner on some screens, thow it is a payed service.

The map has an annoying info button near the main navigation which opens a new browser tab with Mapbox for each tap and brings the browser in the foreground. Worse form of nightmare popups on a phone…

Everything else seems fine.

Tul sok uj megallo lett, emiatt mindenhol csak 1-1 bringa van. Eselytelen talalni. Minden reggel megprobalom, de 30-40 perceket kellene setalni, hogy egy olyan megallo kozelebe erjek ahol van 2 bringa. 

Ha van is bringa, az esetek 75%ban nem berelheto ki, mert ugy erzekeli a rendszer tul messze vagyok a bringatol. 

Amugy a bicok jobbak lettek, az appal sincs egzebkent gondom, de a szolgaltatas hasznalhatatlan. Van havi berletem. Lassan lejar es ha 2-3x tudtam bringazni, mig regen mindennap igy mentem meloba.

Nem lehet eldonteni, hol lehet ott hagyni a bringat es hol nem. Egy inni mini tablaval eloben, ami segiti az embert. Az appba en nem birok rajonni. Vannak Mobi pontok ahol ott hagyhatod, de nem mind… 

Kozben persze 10ebe kerul, ha veletlen elrontanad ebben a kaoszban…

Nem latok, olyan terkepes nezetet ami csak azokat a megallokat mutatna ahol leteszem. A terkep beallitasaim minden egyed alkalommal elvesznek es ujra ra kell szurni.

Cheap price for subscription. They compensate it by randomly charging huge amount of money for fake reasons. I was challenged 18000ft for reserving a bike and scanned for a ride a different bike. Awfulness

Egyszerűen mindenhol rossz, ahol lehet. Vannak állomások, amiket a térkép jelöl bicajokkal, de az állomások nincsenek ott a valóságban (valamiért a Lehel téren egymással egy vonalban három sarkon van három állomás a térképen). A bringák az előző generációhoz képest nehezebbek, még a nem elektromosak is, a váltóban az 1-2-es sebességnek semmi értelme. A bérletek árazásáról pedig nem is lehet mást mondani, alapból indokolatlanul drága úgy, hogy nagyon sok adófizetői pénz ment bele, de hogy úgy ilyen drága, hogy a szolgáltatás is rossz? Elfogadhatatlan. És még azt is meg kell említeni, hogy valamiért nagyon sok olyan Bubi használót is látni, akiken látszik, hogy nem az alkalmazással használják a bringákat.

Vártunk fél évet az új generációra, de a sima meghajtású kerékpár mégis miben lett jobb?
Túl széles a kormány (Margit hídon vagy nekimész a lámpának vagy átmész a szembe sávba), a markolat pedig túl keskeny, állandóan akaratlanul csenget.

The latest app update has some serious usability issues. A bike rental was started remotely without any confirmation or QR scan, and I received no notification that a trip had begun for more than 7 hours.
The bike was reported stolen, but customer support did not respond overnight. The app generated a charge of over 80,000 HUF, even though support later told me the maximum trip charge should be 18,000 HUF. I was also asked to locate the bike myself instead of a technician being sent.
I submitted a formal complaint over three weeks ago, but my case is still unresolved and I cannot use the monthly pass I paid for. Please fix these issues and improve both the app and the support process.

### *---- "Map showing bikes in incorrect locations"
When using the app near Jászai Mari tér, bikes shown on the map were not present in the station (there were other bikes but not the ones on the map). This led me to accidentally unlock a bike in Szondi utca. Customer service said my only option is to go there and lock it myself, causing me a to being late. Thankfully I was refunded the money. The irony of the whole situation is when I unlocked a bike later by QR code, it warned me that the bike is too far away, despite standing in front of it.

### **--- "Geolocation issue is frustrating"
There is a problem with the geolocation information of the bikes. More of than not I can not take a bike which is phisically present, but the app says that it is located a few kilometerd away. This is frustrating, because you can never be sure if you can rent a bike or not. Very disappointing, taken into account that BKK even did a lenghty testing period before product launch. I am considering cancelling my subscription if the problem is not solved.
