The only problem is that it’s missing buses out at my stops if two of the same number are due before one with a different number. It misses the second out and puts the first and the third. For example, if the buses run like this, 14, 14, 14 C it only shows me the first 14 then the third 14 C Also in the widgets, it’s only showing me either one or two buses and a lot of space it’s left in the box where it could show at least three or four more. Sadly, I’ve tried to communicate with support and they are useless. They have not had the decency to reply. I would have subscribed, but I’m currently using the free version until it’s fixed It’s such a pity because the app is so good otherwise And it would be five star but at the app is useless. I have removed one star because I'm still waiting for the Dev to respond and for them to change the times from minutes to time on the clock when planning a journey ahead of time. I would also love it if they could add get off alerts. I'm currently using another app and my reasoning for staying there is purely because of these two really important features. Get off alerts are particularly important if you are blind as counting bus stops doesn't work because a bus doesn't necessarily stop at every stop I left a review about this app some weeks ago because when I was looking at live bus times, it was giving me the times in minutes. For example, i was to leave in 1068 minutes which, frankly, unless you have a Calculator, you will be working out by the time the bus arrived. The dev was brilliant and responsive, but now needs to do the same for planning a journey. I have just tried to plan a route in advance, and I was told that I needed to leave in 168 minutes. Again, can you please just change this to leave at 9:30 for example. like I say, nobody has time to work out what this is in terms of time of day. Other than that, the developer has really thought about accessibility for VoiceOver users so well done. My other gripe is the constant hard push for buying premium. The recent updates or should that be marketing pushes have now made it every time you open the app or change what service you are looking at it’s a full screen page SCREAMING use premium with nasty tactics of leaving the toogle on as if we are some dumb wits who can’t operate a button! STOP THIS HARD SELL ITS DAMAGING to your reputation and insulting to users!!!!!!! I was very happy to pay the subscription and then it just became more and more inefficient and downright useless. Then they gave two subscriptions the secret discount for 499 and the £19.99 one in the next round I went for the secrets subscription I didn’t get any data at all no matter what favourite bus stop I connected or selected. was that a secret discount? You get no data at all so you have to pay the £19.99 to get full data an absolute rip-off and it’s not very good for VoiceOver uses used to be good. It takes ages to load. It’s a really crappy app. I’ve just paid £5 for the year from £17 last year if I could delete the app from my iCloud I would. It’s a terrible app. I wish I could give it no stars. I’ve deleted it from my phone but I really need to if I can get rid of it altogether.
