The basic stuff is a bit clunky and fiddly to use, also the expert food diary doesn’t work
Most of the foods listed on green list are based mainly on Australian or American diets and not available in supermarkets here in UK. Doesn’t seem to list whether other allergy’s are in the foods. Very disappointed and I feel I have wasted my money.
Ok this is very basic and lots of foods missing like salami ! It’s probable a little more time consuming searching on the web but I’m afraid this was a waste of money for Me
It’s a life changer to have all this information and knowledge. Feeling so much better and I’ve learnt a lot about the different food groups.Only negatives are that the APP doesn’t have a larger range of basic foods as examples for the UK market which is disappointing. Also it doesn’t sync at all between my iPhone and iPad correctly when updating the diary.
Although this is very informative, it doesn’t list many UK places to buy low FODMAP foods!
People should be allowed to try an app before committing to paying, so they can decide if it’s right for them. Making folk pay upfront is wrong.

I can’t express my gratitude for this application. I finally feel not anxious about navigating food
I’ve suffered with IBS for years. Since doing the low FODMAP diet and following the steps with the monash app I am currently in the reintroduction phase. My symptoms have improved significantly to from having daily symptoms to having hardly any symptoms. I am now finding out which groups of FODMAP I react to. Life changing! The best money I’ve spent on purchasing an app!!
No mention of blackcurrants, poppadoms, Marmite and other common food. But does include obscure food like schar
