I m stuck with Monefy failing to get my history and syncing- your support team ignoring me for more than a month now

Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

The UI is amazing ,also I’d simple and friendly..
A few limitations of the free plan
The free version allows editing category names but doesn’t allow changing category icons. Also, you can’t add more categories rather than those are already given. These are the reasons why I can’t use this incredibly useful and resource-rich money management application.

There is problem in the app.. if you wanna enter the payment of the next month, the date not change automatically.. you need to adjust the date to next month

Хороша програма,але не вистачає наприклад,щоб біля відсотка витрачених коштів у кожній категорії,була написана загальна сумма витрачених грошей у цій категорії. Тому що натискаючи на іконку потрібної мені категорії,мене викидає в загальні витрати за весь період. А мені хотілось би бачити скільки коштів я використав окремо,в кожній категорії,і на що саме я їх використав Дякую

Been charged a different amount then stated, and no one is bothering to respond at the support center.
No customer support and prices change arbitrarily
I purchased this app in 2021, enticed by the promise of a one-time payment for the "premium version." It served me well until I upgraded my phone and reinstalled the app, only to find out that my previous purchase no longer granted access. Now, I'm being asked to pay $30 annually to continue using it. Despite reaching out to the developers for clarification, I've received no response whatsoever. I'm seeking an explanation and a solution to this abrupt change in pricing.
