Great App
Very helpful! My therapist recommended me this app to help me track my feelings so it was easier for me to tell her and it has worked great so far!

i really love the design & flexibility of this app. i love that each section has options for journaling further details and i love the calendar layout and the statistic graphs. there are some things that need fixed: 1. the middle option on the bottom menu is often unreachable due to the plus button covering it. very frustrating 2. the journal tab is glitching on mine. it just shows a blank screen & i can’t compare my entries all in one place. 3. there’s no graph for symptoms, which is important to be able to track symptoms over time. i hope you guys can get these problems fixed!
Easy to use, great prompting feature; prevents cheating, timer logs exactly how long you spent at an activity; flexible, good statistics overview
I’ve tried a lot of mood tracking apps where I can literally log my whole entire day. It helps a lot with my adhd because I can never remember when something happened or how my overall mood has been for the month. No ads, no constantly asking you to pay for it, and super customizable.
I’ve tried a few different mood tracking apps, and this is by the the most thorough. Unlike a lot of other apps like this, most of the features are free. A lot of other apps have the same stuff but you have to pay. You can add as many activities and symptoms as you want. It’s been very helpful for me as a person who has mental health struggles to add my symptoms and how severe/how much affect they have on my day. You can even add notes for what triggered the symptom and review them later. It gives you a graph of your moods, and you can clearly see the ups and downs. You rate your date 1-5, and can add individual emotions. Another feature is tracking sleep and restfulness, and it gives a graph for that too. Highly recommended this if you have mental health issues, or if you just want to track your general well-being.
This is my first day using the app. I made my entry and it kept saying I was missing a rating and I had no idea what that meant. Then figured out I didn’t select a face emoji but it doesn’t say what the emoji means. Then I somehow made a double entry.
I am very new to this app, but I am liking so much.
Everything I’ve wanted in a mood tracker without paying a ridiculous fortune. Their are paid features, but you can do plenty with the free version.
I can’t get any of the reminder notifications to work. It doesn’t send any notifications no matter what I do. I’ve restarted my phone, checked all the app’s notifications settings in the settings app, changed the time, made a new account, and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I can’t remember to log my mood or check off my habits without the reminder notifications so I rarely use the app :(
I’ve tried easily 10+ mood trackers in the App Store. This one is by far my favorite. It combines all of the features that I liked about the other apps. It’s extremely fluid and customizable, making it easy to add symptoms or feelings. Speaking of, it also lets you add multiple moods to each day. This lets you track your mood throughout the day and it shows you on the calendar too! It may not seem like a lot but it’s really awesome to see the days that started off bad and got really good! I also really like that it supports emojis because sometimes there just isn’t a word for how you’re feeling. I’ve also submitted several feature requests. The app design makes this incredibly easy to do as well.
