Don’t let them lure you in with cheap prices. My monthly bill of $9.80 turned into over $80 for “additional data” charges. It took over an hour to get through to customer service on the phone only to deal with one of the most rude people I’ve ever experienced who then hung up on me. Go elsewhere!!!!! I’m changing back to Circles immediately.
When you need to look at billing or profile they send a code by email. Never get this. Locked out to ever seeing either of these. This needs to be removed or sent by text. Also at times you have to log in again. Not remembering previous logins.
The app is neat. It’s simple and clear. Shows you exactly what you’d want to know. But… 1. No dark mode 2. Logs you out after an update 3. Does NOT auto fill your password which is pretty annoying!
The ‘remember me’ or auto login function isn’t working since last update. That means every time I want to check the app, I have to manually enter all my details. Quite frustrating!
When I first got the app I never had to log in evertime and now I do and it's really annoying
When I open the app it loads for a long time and when it does finally load it’s a white screen.
Wish I could still get it to load on the iPad. Don’t know whether that’s Apples fault or the App updates
Just plain slow pricy and charge 15$ for every gb you use and 1c per every mb you use once over Do not recommend
Since leaving Australia I’ve had nothing but trouble with my phone. Can’t log into banking. Can’t receive verification codes. Can’t even top up a local SIM card via the app or internet. If Moose worked overseas, at least I could do some of the things listed above. Thank god I brought cash with me as I would be screwed otherwise. Thanks Moose, we’ll done. When I get back to Australia I’m switching providers asap as this is ridiculous in 2023.
