The app don’t save
About every third - fourth day text is not being saved and is deleted which is very frustrating. I wrote 750 words yesterday. Today is like 120 of them left. Otherwise I like the app.

Such a relief to find something that syncs between my computer and phone. I was having trouble keeping the routine of physically writing. Mainly because it's a lot to write and my mind and thoughts move to fast. I still write out some journal items but this is perfect for daily.
I wish this all had more analytics like telling me what my skills are, what my MBTI or Enneagram are, what my weaknesses and strengths are, what my areas for improvement are, what my unmet needs are, where my self deception and inner conflict is, what I’m avoiding, stuff like that.
This app is perfect for what I need. Support team very responsive when an update caused a glitch. Issue was fixed promptly.
I really like the fact that Morning Pages will sync across all devices. This allows me to use it on my 2 iPad, MacBook Pro, and iPhone. The only problem I’ve experienced is that it won’t alway sync properly. Bits and pieces of all my entries show up on all devices, but all device do not have all of my entries. This is frustrating bug with the app. I am thinking they will fix this problem soon. Otherwise, I will stop using it until they do. Thanks!! Like I said…80%, but that 20% is huge.
I used to use this nearly every day, sometimes twice a day. Then, there was an update that causes to page to no longer scroll, so after your first 200 words or so, you’re constantly writing on the bottom inch of your iPad. If you’re not at a desk or table it makes writing very awkward and uncomfortable. Because of that I’ve pretty much stopped using it.
Hey, WRITERS! You can write a WHOLE chapter WITH word count in this app. And unlike Calendar, you don't lose your entries, so you can look back and see what you wrote, on what day in the past. When you FIRST get app, you get ONE day, but by the very next day, I went back to other days, and wrote on earlier days. And, best, you don't lose your data. And it is cloud-based too❣️❣️❣️ HIGHLY RECOMMEND
I have been using Morning Pages for about 2 weeks or so, and I really love this little app. I had heard about this app from Tim Ferriss, who uses it himself, and decided to try it out to see if it would be useful to me. I was surprised at how much I really benefitted from it. The idea is simple — just write continuously for a certain length, no censoring, just dump out what’s on your mind. I wasn’t convinced that this was going to be helpful, but I decided to give it a shot, and boy was I surprised. I found that I was writing entries that either reviewed what happened to me the day before, or I was having conversations with myself about important topics on my mind and coming to conclusions while I was writing. Both of these flavors of entries were helpful — the review helped me to appreciate and understand more what had happened — sometimes I come up with suggestions to overcome challenges from the previous day — while the conversations helped me to sort through options and decide on a course of action for the day. It’s always interesting what I’m going to write about, even I don’t know, lol. But I always find it useful. As for the app, it is simple and elegant. You start writing and it tells you when you’ve reached your specified word limit. But despite this simplicity, it adds 2 features to help motivate you. First, it shows a guage across the top which shows how close you are to the word goal you have specified. I find myself WANTING to write enough to get to that goal. On days where I don’t have a large topic to talk about at the beginning, it forces me (in a gentle way) to continue on other topics, and those later topics often bear the best fruit. Second, it lets you know what your current streak is in using the app. I’ve found that I WANT to continue the streak, it helps to motivate me to use it every day. These simple but effective motivators are greatly appreciated. I’ve even found myself to start using it to capture thoughts during the day. It’s slowly turned itself into a place to dump my mind before I forget something. It’s free space to write anything, and nobody sees it but you. This simplicity is very appealing. I’ve tried other journaling apps, and this is the only one I’ve stuck to consistently. The app also has a feature where it analyzes the words that you use to help determine your mood, etc, and these can be tracked over time. I didn’t really use this feature that much, but if you like the idea, it requires an ongoi
A very interesting app so far! Bravo
I was facing writer's block for several months now, but this is the cure. This simple app has transfoemed what was once a fleeting activity into a daily habit. Thank you so much for the great app!
