Morpholio Trace - Sketch CAD

Being using the app for months. Was having some bug issue previously, but the team respond was fast and managed to set up a patch to resolve it. They even send an email update for the solution. Well done! Convenient and easy to use.

I’ve been using the apps for awhile i totally love it. Can i have a request to add a function like “auto smooth curve” as it would help greatly when I wanna draw a series of curve (not necessarily an arc which can br assisted with the round ruler). Sorry i dont know how to post this request so I hope you guy can read this. Cheers

Work and feel like real trace, simple and effective.

Trace is becoming my main drawing tool for InteriorDesign. Having said that, the more one works with a tool like this the more one wishes for certain upgrades......

I had high hopes for this app and initially liked tools such as the ruler and the ability to scale but soon ran into issues that just frustrate. Every line drawn at a decent scale pixilates as soon as you zoom in and this isn't helped by the layer only covering the window at the scale you are presently working at. Unlikely to renew this subscription as I just end up using another app each time for better and more consistent line quality and brushes. Puzzled as to why the reviews are so good from other design professionals.

Hi, I’m a iPhone user please change some parts which can benefit people using phones which don’t have pens for the phone and other gadgets please make more space and it’s very hard to makes a single straight line,how am I supposed to make a building design??

Used the app for 3 months in office on a 12.9" iPad and I don't see how this can replace sketching, don't get me wrong it does what it claims but it doesn't replace sketching like Procreate does, Procreate brushes almost do what stencils do and it makes perfect shapes without gaudy scales and protractors and lot more. I also don't understand who these positive reviewers are, how come I don't see much non-ads videos/work by users? And how come all of their showcase is on finished work, in truth working from zero is laborious in Trace and the limitations start showing in 15 mins. Happy sketching!

Been using this for work the past 2 months, useful features for me are the ability to set a scale for the drawing since i deal with PDF layouts a lot. But some issues I have are, the pen is not smooth, it is jittery especially on the smaller fonts. The only way to fix it is to open a new layer and write on that, and when it gets jittery again, gotta open a new layer again. What is going on? More importantly, after the latest update, when I import a PDF or image or create a new notebook, the apps closes itself. It crashes for no reason, to fix it, I had to close the app completely and re open it. Another is the import function. When I import a multi page PDF, it only shows the first page, I can’t scroll to the other pages or even see it when I open it in the “tile mode”. The same PDF imports fine in Goodnotes 5. Is there a fix for this? I bought some plugins and find this app to be really useful but these issues are really bugging me. Especially the jittery pen, in Concepts and Goodnotes, no matter how fine the pen tip I use, no matter how much i draw or write, the pen stroke is smooth as silk. I don’t know why Morpholio has this issue with a jittery pen stroke. Update: Been in contact with the devs, the pdf was my bad and the crashing has been fixed with the latest update. They are working on a vector version soon so the jittery pen stroke issue will be gone, will be waiting eagerly for that! Fast response from the devs, good to know they are adding more features to further improve the app!
