Within seconds, you will be able to calculate the monthly payment for a mortgage, car payment, credit card, or other types of fixed rate loans.  The calculator lets you add different adjustments such as insurance, property tax, and monthly fees such as HOA to see of they would affect the monthly payment.

Glad to see this app get updated! Been using it for nearly a decade when looking at homes, or considering a refi. One request though, it would be awesome if I could factor monthly prepayments toward principal into the amortization, and see the interest saved. That would make this the ultimate mortgage calc!

As a real estate broker in Chicago this app is extremely useful. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish I came with an iPad version as well. It works on the iPad but you can tell it was designed for iPhone. Should not be that hard to make an iPad version.

If I like the way an app works I rarely update them since more & more updates seem to just add flashy graphics & social media hooks that I detest.
