The app has improved so much over the years but there are still too many times that it plays up. This is most common when chromecasting. You’re paying to get access to the racing in the timeframe that works best for you. Trying to watch a race that has already started/finished but it still being shown live is the worst, because it is so hard to do so with out finding out the winner in the process. Sometimes time zones make this very challenging

Come on Dorna - throw some money at sorting this. Watching should be fun - not frustrating.

I love MotoGP and WSBK. The commentary team for MotoGP are terrible. I’m sure they are paid by MM93 fan club. I won’t be renewing my subscription with MotoGP, I’ll go back to Kayo so I can listen to the BT commentary

I had a full 2024 season pass. Just before German GP I got a discount via email, then I got disconnected. I’m mad at the system. Out of desperation I paid to see the rest off the season. I will not leave this like that. No explanation. Paid for full season since 2017, for Pass to full season and suddenly chop…???

Honestly a good app, user friendly interface that is visually appealing. Can be a little clunky sometimes but overall is a great way to keep up to date with MotoGP!! Also very helpful that the time zones automatically update!

I’ve been a subscriber for many years now and have enjoyed it improvements along the way. So keep it up. Big thumbs up from me.

A positive is that this app allows me to watch MOTOGP more or less live no matter where I am, but the downside is that on race days, the streamed video is of very mediocre quality. It’s like there isn’t enough data to go around, so I get pixelated content regardless of fiddling with settings. It’s disappointing. This needs to be addressed to justify the cost of signing up for the season.

I’m not sure how such a great sport showcasing outstanding action, beautiful shots and some great content is so difficult to navigate. It’s like you guys gave it to a family member, because you had to. You know the arty one who only really hears the voices in their own head. The single most confusing UI ever invented right here.

And it’s glitchy.

Yes; I love being able to support the sport directly by paying and using this app all year round, BUT it’s very clunky. If you have to pause anything and take too long and come back, it doesn’t remember where you were, so starts again. Hard to find the “Unheard” or small car trip clips when they aren’t with the race it corresponds to. Would love to be able to turn the commentary off during the races. I’m getting really sick of listening to anyone other than Simon talking these days. He isn’t trying to only mention 1 rider (in MotoGP) and fairly distributes his options across the paddock. Matt Bird is making be not want to watch the series anymore and I have been watching since 1997. If people want to watch a Spanish soap opera, they can watch Netflix. I want to watch bikes and listen to the technical aspects. Not the drama between co-workers. I have my own job to hear that from.
