Horrible customer service and overall experience. They ignored emails, failed to review the evidence I provided, and kept asking for information I’d already sent. They couldn’t even reference the correct payment method and dragged the issue out for over 10 days with no resolution. On top of that, the drivers acted inappropriately and kept messaging my number even after the ride was over. Completely unprofessional—avoid at all costs.
