Move With Us è l’app di fitness per chi è pronta a impegnarsi seriamente nel raggiungimento di un obiettivo, che sia estetico o di performance. Offre un’ottima varietà di programmi molto ben pensati, con livelli progressivi e varie tecniche di allenamento, che vi permetteranno non solo di vedere risultati, ma anche di incrementare la vostra cultura dell’allenamento. Costantemente arricchita anche la sezione “On demand” soprattutto con serie di allenamenti Pilates o a tema (tipo Pull-up progression, Running, Yoga, etc). La sezione “Meal Guides” è molto utile da associare all’allenamento, potendo regolarla in base al proprio obbiettivo (Loose/Maintain/Gain), anche se, per un’Italiana, il tipo di pasti proposti non rientra nella propria cultura alimentare. Resta comunque utile la ripartizione dei macros. La consiglio vivamente a chi stia cercando un’app in grado di elevare e affinare il livello della propria routine di allenamento.

Rachel ed il suo team sono il top! 
Allenamenti seri e in target con i diversi risultati che si vogliono ottenere. 
C’è l’opzione di scegliere workout da fare in palestra o a casa. 
I workout sono seri e richiedono impegno, la durata media è di 40/60 minuti.

Il supporto clienti è sempre veloce e sono molto disponibili. Quattro stelle perché le varie ricette caricate non sono adatte per una dieta mediterranea. 
Forza BBR migliorate con ricette adatte anche per noi Italiani!! ❤️❤️
