The purpose of this app is to make listening to audiobooks in different formats easy and convenient!
There are lots of websites with all kinds of audiobooks dubbed by professional actors and enthusiasts. Most of such audiobooks are distributed as folders with multiple audiofiles in different formats.
I'm, the author of the app, listen to audiobooks all the time. Therefore, I did my best to make MP3 Audiobook Player a tool that has everything necessary to make this process intuitive and convenient.
• Plays audiobooks in MP3, MP4, OPUS, OGG, FLAC, AWB, M4B, M4A formats (without DRM protection).
• Adjustable playback quality (0.5x to 5.0x).
• Boost sound ( for audiobooks with low volume )
• The book cover is loaded from an image file in the book’s folder or from an embedded image from an audio file.
• Automatically saves the current playback position for all audiobooks.
• Supports CarPlay and integrations with over 50 other car models from Ford, GM, Mazda, BMW, Jaguar, Landrover and many more
• Jump to any file (can be enabled in settings).
• Supports standard headphone controls.
• Supports Apple Watch.
• Playback control from the Control Center and Block screen.
• A sleep timer with adjustable sleep periods or sleep after the end of the current chapter.
• Possibility to add/remove books through iTunes and from the computer via Wi-Fi
• Support WebDav for adding audiobooks directly from Explorer on PC or from Finder on MacOS

Super audio book app

It is really a great app. I use it daily and it is very useful and have great features 👌 nice!

The best audiobook app

I use it every day.

Works great and easy to use

Uses it for podcasts and audiobooks everyday.

Crashes constantly, stick to the Free (red) version.

Edit x 4: Disregard my original review below, as this app is now close to useless. 1. crashing for no apparent reason, across multiple books. 2. Loses track / position in books during some of the, many, crashes. 3. Support doesn’t react, to mail or App Store contact. 4. During chapter transition for both mp3 and m4b books, the player will repeat the first 4-5 seconds of every chapter. I had none of these issues while using the trial for 9 months, yet this paid version is far worse in even the most basic of functionality.! This is getting ridiculous. After the recent update 2nd of jan: app closes / crashes 3/4 times after starting playback. No longer valid Pros: + Great sound quality when combined with Playback Speed. (This was previously the case, the developers just added a much improved audio engine, thanks !) + import and export from ITunes, Macos, Files, AirDrop + equalizer + dark mode + customizable icon + auto play upon open. (Would love a option to only do this when external headset was connected, to avoid loudspeaker accidents) Cons - Apple Watch companion app is broken: either fix it or remove it so we can control playback and volume with apples audiokit, instead of this buggy non-functional app hijacking controls on the watch. - The design and usuability is quite lacking - filtering / searching is not helpful for large libraries. Lastly, I really like that we are able to try all features for free, either in app upgrade or buy a standalone version (which allows family sharing)

Stadig den bedste audiobook afspiller

Jeg har brugt denne app i nogle år efterhånden, og det er uden tvivl den bedste app jeg har prøvet til at høre egne audio-books eller mp3-filer. Den er f.eks. rigtig god til forelæsninger, hvor man ønsker at genoptage afspilning fra samme sted. Den kan også vise alle kapitler i en bog i oversigten samt hvor langt man er præcis i pågældende kapitel.
