Brilliant idea in a smooth App, reasonable prices.

Δεν απαντούν ποτέ στα μηνύματα στη φόρμα επικοινωνίας που έχουν. Δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμο τηλέφωνο πουθενά και οι ίδιοι δεν επικοινωνούν όταν είναι αναγκαίο. Συγκεκριμένα ζήτησα τέσσερα κουτιά από κάποιο φάρμακο και μου έφεραν δύο από αυτά που ζήτησα και δύο από κάποιο Γενόσημο χωρίς να με πάρουν τηλέφωνο να με ρωτήσουν. Όταν επικοινώνησα μαζί τους για να αντικαταστήσουμε το γενόσημο γιατί δεν μπορώ να το χρησιμοποιήσω δεν τους βρήκα ποτέ δεν απάντησα ποτέ στη φόρμα και δεν έχω τρόπο να επικοινωνήσω μαζί τους

Χρεώνουν ότι να ναι Ενώ λένε 7€ για αγορά από μαγαζί μετά χρεώσανε και αλλά 5€!!! Μακριά !

I made an urgent order charged me and never got my order. Contacted them multiple time and they never refunded me. Don’t use this app, it’s a scam.

Very very disappointing… I submitted a very urgent request and after almost half an hour I had no notification if my requests would or would not be compmleted. I had to cancel it in order to find another way… I was never refunded for this cancellation. They same exact thing happened to a friend of mine as well. I bothered them at Instagram and this is the only way they replied but with no actual answer.. I asked for a phone number to call where they told me that I would not be refunded as the cancellation was made by me. They do not care if it is their fault or not… The worst application I have ever used…

It’s great as a service and I have used the app many times but it had to be deleted. I can take no more. Many times I experienced huge delays without anyone informing me. For example a food order was delayed 3 hours.. Another major and very often problem was that when I used the courier service I was charged without my knowledge three times the initial cost! When I tried to inquire about that I got rude and without any help responses.
