اسوء تطبيق تدفع ويتاخرون ويضيعو عليك حقك وخدمه عملاء ما عندها اسلوب ونفسيه لا ارشحه

المرسول سرق فلوس الطلب وخدمة العملاء ساعدوه على السرقه

خدمة العملاء عقيمة و غير محترفة

الاسعار للاسف بقي مبالغ فيها ٢٠٠ ج في التوصيل ده اقل حاجة !!!

تطبيق زبالة لايوجد خدمه نهائي سواق توصيل او دعم خدمة العملاء طلبت من خلاله ولسه موصلش اتصلت بخدمة العملاء علشان المندوب اعتزر غيرو مندوب اخر والاوردر موصلش المطعم ولسة معلق من يومين

I’m beyond frustrated with this app. There is NO way to contact customer support directly—no chat option, no phone number, NOTHING. They claim to offer email support, but they don’t even bother to respond! When something goes wrong with your order (which happens more often than it should), you’re left completely helpless. I’ve sent multiple emails and haven’t received a single response. How can a company run a service and completely ignore its customers? The lack of support is unacceptable and downright insulting. If you value your time and sanity, avoid this app at all costs.

Worst app ever no customer service to complain to

ابلكيشن فاشل اكتر من مرة اطلب وكل مرة يحصل مشكلة شكل

This app was good but lately, suddenly all of the branches/ restaurants/ cafes became out of service!!! How is that possible I think it may be a technical bug. Also this was the main reason everyone was using marsool for, to serve out of service areas. I think the bug mixes between getting the order using the courier option with the option of the internal restaurant delivery. I hope it gets fixed soon
