App lỗi
Liên tục hiện ra pop-up trên màn hình "hệ thống huỷ việc xác thực" chả hiểu là cái gì, đôi khi còn không tắt được hoặc phải tắt vài lần dẫn tới trải nghiệm rất khó chịu. Khi đăng nhập app toàn phải quét khuôn mặt 2 lần mới bắt đầu giao dịch được, rất mất thời gian. Mong app khắc phục lỗi chứ update suốt ngày mà vẫn thấy tình trạng này.
Đăng kí tài khoản không được
Ngân hàng gì mà đăng ký không được toàn bảo thông tin ghi chưa đúng. Mặc dù mình ghi k sai gì.

Bank gì mà 1 tháng chắc bảo trì 15 ngày, những ngày còn lại lỗi.

Ngân hàng như qq người ta, không bao nhiêu người xài mà cứ liên tục bảo trì vì giao dịch tăng đột biến.
