It's unbelievable that in this day and age the app only applies to some ships and not all of them. Amazingly incompetent.

We have just returned from 4 nights aboard the Spendida. This was our 4th MSC cruise. Sadly it was pretty awful. The dining food was poor, the dining service also was poor. Probably because the ship had over 4000 passengers whereas in the previous cruises there were about 2000 passengers. The steak was tough as old boots- the fish was ok. The entrees were tiny as was dessert. The dining staff were simply too busy for the number of guests.
The outdoor bars were waaay to busy as were the pools. One or two of the Information desk staff were quite rude - totally unecessary. All in all this cruise was nowhere near the experiences we’ve had before.
We now feel quite unhappy with our MSC experience. Shame as the previous smaller ships were delightful.

Completed update to the app and it now just wants me to download it every time I open the app. I can’t even use the app now??

Fix it! Sick of the endless loop
Despite deleting and reinstalling several times. Old version was fine.

Your new version only 19 hrs old version 4.6 is crashing. Deleted app, reinstalled and I’m in an endless loop. Please fix this ASAP as the previous version was fine.

We have been using the app for the past few days and it was great but this latest update send us in circles and won’t let us log back in. The message about a new version keeps appearing every time we update and try to log in. We have even tried deleting the app on both phones. 

We would really like to book excursions etc and cant do this while the app is unavailable.
