MSC for Me

Worked well until the day of cruise now it just says the cruise cannot be added. How about the info on where to go?

Man kan ikke bruge et billede man selv tager til at checke om, kun det appen selv forsørger at tage. Det virker af h. Til. Jeg har nu forsøgt i 20 minutter at tage et billede af min datter og intet virker. Har prøvet alle lysforhold osv men intet hjælper

I’m not able to make the checkin or credit card registration in the app (like the MSC video tell us to use). The pages with tours to select is limited if you compare to the web solution. You are not able to order anything like trips, drinks, internet, etc. for your stay. I hope it will work better once on the ship but it seems to have a very limited use.

Information not available or incorrect, error messages keep ocurring and no support or help available

The app contains several good features about your oncoming cruise. I have 4500 Voyager points, but the app says i’m silver, although it should be gold. On the webpage it correctly says gold. If you click on app support, it directs you to msc mainpage, so what a good support that was 😡

After the latest Update i can’t use or see anything in the app. Kinda loved the Count Down and now it wont show my initiary. Please fix it!!!😭

We recently cruised with MSC - had a great time. The app was fairly easy to navigate, you can find what you need as well as make reservations. It needs a where to eat now feature so you know which restaurants are open without scrolling through each one. There should also be a quick feedback feature to give staff kudos or report an issue.

Required for your cruise but so difficult to find anything. Hours of venues? Have to go to the ship map. Search deck to deck to find your venue then click on it. Really? Several dead links. Impossible to find menus We love cruising with MSc but their technology including this app are nightmarish!

Doesn’t always work I've had to reboot my phone a bunch of times to reconnect it. Otherwise it would be great. I like the chat feature and that we can book shows and see our bill and charges right in the phone.
