I made a one year Mubi subscription last year on 13 November 2023 and for that I made the payment by credit card. I was aware that it was only for one year. But Today Mubi cut the payment from the credit card automatically without any warning or information and says that Mubi will do automatic subscription till 2043 which is absolutely ridiculous. First off all, if I chose only one year subscription in Nov 2023, then why Mubi took amount from my card without any warning or notification; second, I cannot find any option to get the money back.
Mubi movies are ok but their payment or subscription service is soo bad. Never take a one year plan. They cheat on their customer on this matter.  And other thing is, its almost impossible to contact them. They dont have a customer care number, and they never respond on email. 

Be aware if you are thinking to take a plan for a month or a year.
