MUBI: Stream Great Cinema

I'm sure they're as dubious as everybody else, but as someone who likes films, MUBI feels like home, so far.

This film weaves its way through life in the grimy echelons of British society through the eyes of a coming of age youth in such a touching way. Acting, directing and cinematography is superb.

Insanely good selection of films.

Such a moving and terrifying film - beautifully performed, and carefully researched to give a fine rendition of the horror and hope of contemporary migration.

Great App - been a user for a year now - eclectic selection of great filmmaking.

Great movies, great app what more could you ask for? I won’t mention names, but this streaming app is the best one I have come across.

After purchasing a MUBI subscription, using the movie app on Sky TV and a Samsung television after four weeks, the app has stopped working. This is in comparison with all other apps on this system which work perfectly well. I no longer have access to MUBI films, although I am still paying for the subscription.

I dunno if it’s just me but this app is super annoying. Have tried for 2 evenings to just set a password in order to be able to log in with my tv but code never works and I’m forced to close the ‘set password’ email to open the code and when I go back it resets the code so I’m stuck in a loop unless I open a browser to which I’m then required to remember a password I use Face ID for. Its not intuitive and doesn’t link up with the passwords even when in connected with my phone to the tv so basically not possible to watch it unless its super long winded or i watch on my phone. Or maybe ive missed something here..
