Please help me with this problem. I already sent an email and a dm in instagram

I paid for the pro version but cant access it. It always says my request has expired
CANT DOWNLOAD THE VIDEO!!!
Paid premium!! But still can’t download the video!! I dont recommend this app. So disappointed 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Kept getting request timed out and it kept charging me.
Useless for free
This app is completely useless unless you pay the 40$ a month to use the premium features. You can only do 10 places per trip for free, with extremely limited options for travel. Even if you pay for the minimum upgraded app, you only get five total videos with the features you’ve paid 8$ for. This is the most money-hungry cash-grab app I’ve seen.

I wanted to track my roadtrips this year so I downloaded this app. You have to pay to be able to switch from an airplane to a car….. I came here from tiktok and wasted my time😔
