I tried to perform the shoulder mobility test and tried connecting Polar OH1 / Polar Verity sense / Polar H10 strap. As soon as I connect any of them, the app crashes and exits. Please check and rectify

First time using this app just so I can use the self assessment body scan… but I can’t even login… what is this app for…????? 😅

Is there a change in the application use? Now whenever I go to the app they say cannot login and need to login using ActiveSG app and even I did not logout, it keep prompt me to login every time I return to the app. When I want to link to my devices, when I click continue it just went out of the app and when I click on the app and it ask me to login again with ActiveSG app.

On first start, I was given only 3 options: Option 1: Login using ActiveSG app: why do I need to install another app to use this app? I don’t like to have so many app on my phone Option 2: Singpass. Why do you need to tie my activities to Singpass for big bro? Option 3: login with faceID : I got a pop up to say I need to login with user ID and pw first but this method of login is not available… Give up.

Tried pairing with fitbit but no luck

I’m not sure if proper UAT was done for the app. The app isn’t designed according to how a user would logically navigate within the app. Also, the labellings aren’t immediately obvious for users to know what they are viewing. There isn’t a dedicated place to see test results and it is sent to the inbox instead; plus when wanting to “View PDF” for results, it pops up the Print function instead of showing the PDF.

Existing ID exist. Pls help to resolve it

The app flow sometimes is not very logical. I got lost sometimes when I was searching something. It seems the app is designed for people who visit Active Health Lab.

Pretty nifty app with social functions to boot!
