As slow as it could possibly be, every page takes a year to load. Submitting claims will crash, info must be submitted from scratch every time despite having the same providers every time. Cuts off EOB notes so functionally useless. Using this app makes me mad :)

I have never faced as much difficulty in being compensated for an order i have cancelled other than this insurance company. If you forward a request, nothing will happen but literally repeating what they have said 1 or 2 email ago saying they’ll get back to you and never do so. The moment you contact them again, hey! Back to square one, please wait 1 to 2 weeks. Im convinced they just repeat this process until the person gives up. If this is not a literal con artist i don’t know what is.

Why is it that this app is almost always broken?  Once again I try to log in today …and another error message saying it’s the developers fault and check back in 24 hours.  Well guess what… I need medication TODAY, not 24 hours from now.

Unfortunately, this app is the slowest I’ve seen so far. Thanks to my employer, I’m obligated to use this annoying app. It takes forever to load every page and often bugs. Also, I make claims almost every week for the same provider and every time I have to enter the provider’s full name, phone number and zip code… why can’t the app remember my usual providers like Sunlife’s app does? It seems they are lights years behind current technology, I feel I’d have more success submitting my claims by engraving a stone tablet.

Face ID does not work. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It work to set up but when I try to open the app back up, error that says technical difficulties try later. It never works.

Sometimes it works sometimes not. Viewing your claims is currently not working but you can submit claims easily, even if that process is also overly cumbersome. It does the job at the basic level.

Update #2: problem still not fixed. And now, I can’t get into the mobile app or the desktop site at all. 

Update: Was all good for about three weeks, then on the dental portion, my spouse and two of my three depends went missing, so I haven’t been able to submit orthodontic claims for the last two months!!  My dependants are also missing from the desktop site, but when I call Canada life, they’re listed there. Still, impossible to submit claims in both the app and desktop site. This app is very frustrating. I took the time to enter and update all information for health as well as dental benefits. Worked well for about a week, then information went missing. Now I only have access to dental stuff on the app, health benefits are missing. And all banking information updated is no longer there. All information is still on the desktop site though. Save yourself time and just login to the desktop site.
