My Classic-Retro Console

Literally all I wanted to do was take screenshots of the songs I play here and there. I paid $0.99 for an App, the least it could do is work properly. If you don’t wait a day the covers won’t appear and that’s such a waste at that point.

Works well as a iPod. One improvement would be for it to maintain the playlist order. Would make it 5 star.

This was a great player, but the look of it has changed from what it was and this is after I made a $13 donation.

Really like the effort put into this. Would love to see video play as an option, both to watch a compatible video codec as well as the ability to just listen to it when the screen is locked. Would also might be cool to have other retro iPod generations to choose from, but of course there has to be a limit to what the app offers at certain price points. Perhaps a pay one time plug in option menu from within the app. Just a thought. Thank you for making this.

I still have and use two fully functioning iPod Classics, and this onscreen recreation is spot on. Unfortunately, I can’t access any of the 8,800+ songs on my iPhone, because there is no Settings option to access the folders in my Files list. (On my iPhone, they are stored in a folder called Flacbox.) The original iPod Classic had no network access of any kind. Apparently, this version has nothing other than network access, and does not support local access of any kind. How the times have changed.

It's great. The haptic and interaction transform your phone into an iPod Classic. I just wish we coule connect Spotify as well.

The classic ipod skin also needs to have games please and thank you

Please add sorting by “album artist” option.

If you switch from a Game Boy to an iPod, it’s really good for music, but it would be cool if it could have podcast playback as well.
