So it said this app is free then 5th workout the tried to make me pay so if the people who maid the are look take that I said of the app and i will give you a better review

My coach allows you to customize and play personalized workout videos:
- Choose strength training, cardio, yoga or stretching.
- Set any time from 20 to 300 seconds.
- Follow the instructions of the video coach to know exactly what to do!
If you already have a coach, do not dismiss him! Just ask him to create a custom workout for you, which you will perform between training sessions.
If you need something unusual, or you have special needs (for example, you have a painful knee, or you avoid jumping exercises), create your own custom workouts using a library with 200 different exercises.

The application uses Health app to display the state of the heart pulse during exercise
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

I have been looking for workouts specifically for muscle groups and separately at the same time. I had tested some similar application and this one i find the best for my purpose. <3 I love the app also for simple, bright design and cleanliness. it s stylish and easy to use. Also this app allows to pick a custom workout time. Lastly its provide a variety of exercises and don't let you get bored… hope lots of people enjoy it, as I am.<3 <3 <3 ... looking forward to see more apps from you guys... would like to see yoga classes too)))

Primero muestra el ejercicio a realizar dando un tiempo exacto para que le entiendas y te prepares para realizarlo. Esto es con cada ejercicio, esta genial. Nunca me sofoque pero sentí que trabajaron los músculos
