Im trying to sign in and am getting the error “too many attempts” I’ve reset my password and even tried to create an account under a different email, nothing is working

The phone app is horrible for uploading from local device. First you have to choose images from your device. Then you can select up to 30 to send to the frame (cloud folder?). After that, the app should delete the images from its local uploads right? Or keep them checked off so you don’t send duplicates. Or have the ability to delete the images? Wrong. You can’t delete from the local upload folder so the more images you add, the harder it will be to remember what you already uploaded.

I just wish I could rearrange photos once I upload them and be able to use emojis in the photo captions. Uploading process isn’t perfect either. Has some glitches.

Trying to log in using Apple credentials fails. Not sure how to access the account via the app if that doesn’t work

I do see big improvement on app side, especially upload photos and videos very easy and smooth. Love the google photo support and sound wave gift mode

This is truly a frustrating app to use. It’s slow, image previews are often incorrect and will shift around frequently so you’ll end up deleting images that you didn’t mean to delete. The most frustrating feature is that there’s no confirmation screen once a photo is done downloading— the app will just take you back to a point mid-upload process. Half the time I get distracted for a split second and end up accidentally uploading the same photo three times. Then when I go to delete the duplicates the image previews show the same photo 10 times, but only 3 of them are the actual duplicates and the rest are unique photos with the wrong image preview attached. Whoever makes decisions at Cozyla should be supporting their development/UX team and prioritizing improvements to this app. The level of frustration I experience using this app has me recommending against buying this frame to my friends or buying additional frames for myself.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. This app does exactly it’s supposed to do, get photos on my frame from my phone. No problems whatsoever.

This app was much better before the latest update. All my pictures are now jumbled together no matter how I tried to sort them.

Can’t even add to my Wi-Fi network. The setup process fails every single time. A photo frame that you can’t add photos to is a hilarious joke.

I would love to give it a better review but I can’t get past the set up. I can’t even get to add the photos! I pair via Bluetooth then set up Wi-Fi it says it’s connected on the frame but the app says cancel or try again. When I hit try again nothing happens and cancel brings me back to the beginning. I’ve done this over and over and nothing changes. For as expensive as this device is it should have issues like this. I can get one that actually works for way cheaper!
