Very bad app, doesn’t allow validate the ticket confirmation
Map with waiting time is excellent (therefore more than one star). However the filter on the map are limited. Rest of the app is a mess, too complicated, not integrated (sends you often to browser for some logons). Further the genie service for planing a day makes no sense, since it gives no inspiration about what to do.

Unfortunately it has been a very poor and complicated experience. The amount of planning necessary is too big especially for such an expensive day. We have been here many times but I doubt we will come back
We ordered “fast food” through the app and we had to wait 30 minutes for a Hot Dogs and chicken. The new genie pass is a total disaster. We have come to Disney for years and we fly from Europe and we have never had to spend so much time on our phones planning one fast pass or how tit used to be called every two hours is enough for us not to come back in a hurry. We are staying with concierge service but there is none! Rather sad and disappointing.
App does not show T&Cs, messy
I wasExpecting so much more from this app. Considering how well known Disney is for its serviced design qualities, this app falls flat in its face.It’s very confusing to navigate even the things that you can plan ahead you can’t see, and it’s showing me the wrong park for the wrong day. Add to that the park hopper, forget it!
I tried to change the dates of my tickets - something super basic, right? - but it was impossible. The app and the website is extremely confusing, with a lot of unnecessary information lacking important ones. Right now I am waiting for a response in their chat. So something that should have been solved in less than two minutes has now become a headache.
Sadly we can not use this app outside the US. However I can buy tickets outside the US and visit the park…..
